It all started when Deepak, an experienced talent acquisition professional, realized the challenges of existing recruitment scene. He wanted to create a recruitment ecosystem wherein both the clients and candidates are fully satisfied as recruiters cherish their match-making job.

The grand vision further crystalized as Deepak found a  co-thinker in Jem, a veteran in the recruitment industry. They conceptualized NorthClan in early 2020.
